Firstly the bag had split open and emptied in the outer bag on delivery. Secondly the Pellets were very long making it difficult for the birds to get them out of the feeders. Thirdly after it had rained the pellets congealed like chewing gum in the feeder so I had to soak the feeders to get it out! Will be throwing it in the bin and definitely will not buy again. Disappointed to say the least.

Entire bag mouldy and stinks like fermented vegetables. Have purchased before and it was fine but the person packaging this could CLEARLY see the mould and therefore this was an example of appalling service and attempting to get rid of ruined goods. Shame on Amazon. You can do better. Customers if you see any mould on any bird feed product do NOT feed to birds, it causes disease and can cause death.

Had these before but this delivery was not the pinkish dry pellets but a mush not far of being a paste that had already smeared the inside of the bag. Stank to high heaven and could not get a refund because Amazon went around in a circle unable to get me as far as a request. Gave up in frustration and cancelled the subscribe and save

Opened the bag the day after I got it, the pellets are mouldy and lumped together, and there's mould on the inside of the bag. Nit eligible for return or refund.

This can't be described as pellets as it seems to be mostly dust, but even worse is that the bag is not resealable, absolutely stupid to sell a 3k bag that can't be resealed.

Bag was completely split open so contents all loose in box making it really difficult to transfer into secure containers. Lots of content lost as box was damaged. Item unable to be returned or refunded

Not for the first time I've been sent mouldy rotten bird food - which I cant use. Seriously poor service - and it's not cheap! It cannot use for birds bit cant return as have opened package

This product is dangerous to wildlife it’s arrived mouldy and I can see wher to conta seller tried to return it and you can’t I will not recommend this seller at all

C'est un chouette produit, qu'on peut facilement mélanger avec les grains qu'on donne aux oiseaux en hiver. DU coup, ça me plait plys que les boules de graisse. Le "gout" fruit attire d'autres oiseaux que les graines ou insectes et ça élargi les variétés. Attention néanmoins: les chats aussi se jètent sur ces petites friandises

Non sono adatti alle specie Paridae non ne vogliono sapere di questi pellet. Le mie mangiatoie sono sempre ben frequentate da questa specie, le cince Parus major, vanno matte per le arachidi sgusciate, le noccioline e i semi di girasole sgusciati, ma di questi pellet non ne vogliono sapere. Probabilmente sono adatti per altre specie di uccelli selvatici. Vedremo quando con il freddo più pungente quando arriveranno anche i pettirossi, spero che almeno piacciano a loro. Se saranno di gradimento a qualche specie italiana lo riporterò subito nella recensione alzando eventualmente il punteggio. Riassumendo al momento ho riscontrato che non sono di gradimento per: cinciallegre (Parus major) cincia more (Periparus ater) cincia bigie (Poecile palustris) cinciarelle (Cyanistes caeruleus)

Die Vögel lieben es, ich kann es gar nicht schnell genug auffüllen. Seit ich das Zeug verfüttere, schwankt mein Vogelhaus regelrecht unter den Ansturm der Piepmatze :)
