Update EBPV Compatible with 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel Turbo Pedestal + Bolts & Exhaust Housing

Been on my daily driven 2000 7.3 Excursion for roughly 5 thousand miles now, great quality, doesn't leak like some of the other cheap pedestals and I even used the provided o-rings.

Zero stars. Do not purchase. The oil drain port in pedestal was blocked. Bad casting I guess. This in turn ruined my turbo, blowing all oil out of the exhaust. The return window has closed. Once I lost oil from exhaust it took me several days to get everything taken back apart to examine the issue. If you purchase this product make sure that the oil ports actually are clear from one end to the other or you’ll be in the same boat as me but ya new turbo and pedestal. This costed me $800 to purchase a pedestal from a reputable manufacturer and a rebuild turbo also the time and labor it put me out.

Fit great, you do have to own a grinder to shave down where the wastegate is. And dont forgot to put oil plug in on back.

Pedestal was delivered on time and packaged well. Left front hole wouldn’t line up correctly had to enlarge hole and worked fine. The same bolt hole was to thick to get enough bolt started properly, took a little machining

Perfect fit. Works great. Just make sure to give it a good rinse with some kind of parts cleaner for the grinding dust and bits and debris. Other than that works it flawlessly.

Fit right in on the wife's truck nicely. No leaks very nice finish.

The casting on this product is horrible I. Going to have to do alot of grinding and smoothing of the edges just to get a leak proof seal. Yes you get what you pay for. If you don't want to have to make adjustments to the new part to make it fit properly spend the extra money. Update !!! This company was amazing. After my initial review they reached out and were very concerned about what happened. They express shipped another one and made sure it was in perfect shape. I am amazed at the customer service and thank them for the quick response and replacement unit! I upped them to 5 stars just for going the extra mile! Great job!

Bolt holes all line up perfectly, nice flat mounting surface, as stated in other reviews requires a little grinding. Well worth the 3 minutes of grinding work for the price. Save your 7 best 8mm 12 point bolts and reuse, I wouldn't bother using the bolts that come with it. Pedestal surfaces are machined well. The O-rings are decent but I still prefer the yellow type.

Decent product for the price, you need to grind the exhaust housing for the wastegate to function.. the manufacturer obviously never tested it on a turbo lol. Other than that took 5 minutes and it's good to go. Any other name brand was a least 500 cad
