Update: I reached customer service and they were very helpful. They sent me a video for how to fix the issue--it was an easy fix. However, this fix should have been written somewhere. In case you have this problem, press the button on the microphone twice. The lights will blink. Then lights will stop blinking and microphone and speaker will again be paired. Do NOT purchase this item! I purchased this microphone in February 2026 and it quit working mid April 2026. I have troubleshooted it and still it doesn't work--(The amplifier turns on and so does the microphone. However, the microphone no longer amplifies my voice. I have double checked to make sure neither is on mute.) I will be contacting customer service and will update with their response.

The sound from the speaker made me sound like a robot. You can't adjust the volume from the headset, so if you set the speaker away from you then you are stuck with that volume. This makes it hard to have a quick conversation with someone without everyone hearing you. The headset is not comfortable with glasses. It has those round disks that is supposed to sit flat against the head, but if you wear glasses then it slips off your glass and keeps migrating back. Then the mic is to far from your mouth. The mic often fell off the headset with a light tap. It is heavy to wear around your neck or waist. The only good thing was that there was no feedback or crackling.

I ordered August 2024, used it twice a week and it no longer held charge. Prior to that, quality was excellent.
