This really seemed to help with brain fog and vertigo symptoms, but the price has gone up and it's a bit too pricey for me now.

Seems to help my joint pain during menopause. I tried other hormone balancing pills, but this one was the only one that helped with hot flashes (minimizing only, didn't get rid of them) and hormonal joint pain. I was hoping it would help me with the food cravings that has only haunted me in menopause and help lose weight...no luck there. I've been on it for well over a year,. I have stopped taking it twice, to see any difference, and within 2 days of not taking the pills I felt joint pain, hot flashes increased, mood worsened - which could have been a result of the first two! So, now I take it religiously..I still get hot flashes and have joint pain, but with reduced intensity for both. Expensive, but I'll continue taking till my menopause era is over.

I began taking this product on the first day of my cycle. I knew the true test would come on the last week of my cycle when I’m usually the most symptomatic. At first, I was pleased to note that my stress levels seemed to be more stable and I had less fatigue than I usually do. However, on day 23 I developed severe tendon pain in one toe, one thumb and forefinger and a wrist. I had never had this before and I haven’t done anything to cause it. My guess is that is you have low estrogen already, this product may lower it further. Low estrogen is associated with tendon and joint pain. I stopped taking the supplement and within 2 days the pain drastically decreased. I just started my period today on day 29. My hope is that once my estrogen levels come back up, I’ll be pain free.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this supplement has been quite a surprise. I'm on my second week and I've noticed less bloating and my digestion feels more regular. Plus I also feel like my energy is a bit more stable throughout the day.

First, I have been using this product for 5 months (2 capsules daily, as recommended)- after switching from Happy Mammoth. I also cannot stress enough that everyone's results are going to be as individual as they are. I waited until after 60 days of use to gauge how it was (or wasn't) working for me before deciding if I was going to stick with it, or try something else. Pros: The pain, nausea, bloating and just "gross" feeling that I was experiencing EVERY time I ate- noticeably improved. The non-stop headaches decreased, not going away completely- but certainly far less are experienced. The cost compared to the product I was using before, was about 30% less. The ingredients had less "processed" things I couldn't even pronounce. The random hot flashes almost completely stopped. Cons: I have never been one to experience heavy cramping at "that time", and for the last 3-4 months- Cramping has not only increased, but is now absolutely horrible on the pain scale. Length of cycle has also increased (clockwork for over 30 years at 3 days) has now become 2 weeks. No real change in depth/restfulness of sleep or bettering sleep cycle. No weight loss or significant energy increase. Considerations: I can't say for sure if any of the pros OR cons are directly from this product- I have also made changes such as getting blue light lenses in my "work" glasses, decreased my coffee consumption, started taking additional vitamins (K, D, B, C, A), and other small changes. I'm getting older- some things just "are what they are", and no pill is going to magically change that. I also have a genetic defect (MTHFR) which CAN alter how my body processes some things- so maybe I am honestly just not getting/absorbing the full "bang" of the product. For me- the simple ability to not have a pounding head every day, or feel like I need to curl up and vomit after eating has been reason enough for me to continue purchasing- as blunt as that may sound! If you're going to give it a try, then do so with an open mind, and try it for at least 60 days, taking as directed, before you reach your verdict.

Heard good things about this and decided to try it. Been taking it for almost two weeks with no issues so far. Going to keep using it.

Bought my first 30 day bottle supply. This product has helped with mood swings and my metabolism. Noticed that right away. Has not helped with hot flashes, weight loss or better sleep as of yet. Have 2nd bottle on order and willing to give it more time to see if it will eventually help with hot flashes ,weight loss and better sleep as nothing else I have tried has done the trick.

Did no work for me at all. Started on 2 pills per day as recommended with no change at all after 2 weeks, in fact weight increase & no improvement in peri-menopause symptoms. 3rd week increased to 2 pills in morning & 2 additional pills in evening. This caused nausea, severe indigestion overnight & still no weight loss at all (increase of 500-700g). Ceased taking them & requested return & refund. Very disappointed : (
