Bought this because I’m in tears. Why does it look so good?!! So aesthetically pleasing. I lowkey had a hard time trying to slide the glass out to put my figure in. Not an expert of pc but so far it’s running good, no glitches, no black screens or crashing while playing games. Everything runs smoothly and MORE IMPORTANTLY IT’S A GLASS AQUARIUM FOR FIGURE DISPLAY. I love my whole setup so much! It’s giving premium looks. Looking at its specs, it’s pretty good for gaming. My whole setup is on a budget so this one is perfect 👌

Best bang for the buck in the PC industry. Quality parts, super good cost to performance ratio, flawless packing, and upgradeability. I can't say enough great things about this computer! I took a chance with this brand and am so happy I did.

i am in love with this pc!!!! it’s my first pc ever and going from gaming laptop to this is definitely an upgrade. runs amazing. can’t wait to play more games on it!!

like you all, I was suspicous. not because the deal was too good to be true or anything but because a lot of research tells me this may not all around be the best company to buy from. While it has only been the initial day (I will update as I go along) Here is a list of my pros and cons from day one: - Good design and fast delivery It arrived for me within 5 days when I was told I would get it at the earliest 9 days later - Solid performance (no overheating and it even turned on!! (I feel it is bad I should even be excited about these things considering I paid about 1.6k ). As a side note, I have been tracking the temps all day and I run most games at high (apex, monster hunter) with no stutter but I have yet to try streaming but I will soon so I can see how this pc handles it. As a con, I was not able to find the remote for the RGB or the fans thus I am not able to crank them high but they seem to do it on their own. Overall this company has earned my trust at least for now, I will clearly update my thoughts on this PC at the end of the week then as the months come I will continue to update UPDATE: So I have passed the week milestone and I have seen no problems. I have heard the news of people's motherboards crapping out after a few weeks but I am waiting on that part. but overall this is a nice computer that can handle the paces ( I have the 3060 model)

Beautiful, well built machine - sadly, had an issue with gpu (artifacting) out of the box and needed a replacement graphics card - was able to get replacement swapped out by mail (which took way less time than I thought it would) and installed replacement myself. We're several months down the road & this thing has been flawless ever since. Only "issue" is that I've overclocked it to the point where I'm maxing out my middling gaming monitor as well as both of my 4K TVs & need to spend $800+ on a new monitor just to see what it can really do. 10/10 design 10/10 performance 10/10 customer service

Have a number of problems setting up the system. PC boots up in windows setup. When complete the temperature display didn't work, windows wasn't activated and can get no sound out of the motherboard audio jack or the side headphone jack. Windows shows no speaker in devices and can't add one. Formatted and reinstalled windows and download drivers with no change on the audio. Called Skytech support and they were no help. Will probably be returning it.

I looked at reviews people said parts are not all the way connected I double check every to IMV was solid looked at back was worried because the sheet metal wasn’t folded all the way in for some of the ports I tried each one it was good hooked it up worked great Now I am not 100% sure for the gaming aspect of it since kinda, I bought this pc for Game development for my school I run substance painter which only warning I get is the GPU warning but that’s it the program works wonderful and renders smooth and great i also run unity editor making games once you have the first initial build anytime you build out a game for the projects I have to do for class usually takes about a 1 min. or less doesn’t lag doesn’t sound like a jet engine I worked on projects had multiple programs opened for 13 hours at least and it stayed nice an cool I had this for a month now I definitely will buy again or give a more upgraded version a try

Ordered a "Used, Like New" model, which arrived on time. Packaging and product in good shape. Original documentation provided in packaging. PC powered up normally. Log in screen is for a previous owner/user, preventing any access or use. I could not create a new user account, reset to factory settings or reformat in any way, rendering device useless. Skytech Gaming support was non-responsive. Amazon tech support equally useless. Returning for refund, which as of this writing is also feeling like a scam. Both online and telephone customer service would only support a single refund option limited to drop off at a UPS Store, which does not exist in my location. Buyer beware this seller and manufacturer.
