Can you confirm phospherous content - suitable for CKD cats?

suits my cats with failing kidneys and she did not mind the flavour as much as some other foods,it is definitely suitable for CKD cats.

The food shown here is dry food and comes in a packet. There are tins of wet food available. Chicken flavour I think. I haven't used the wet food, just seen it at the Vet's. My two ancient (18 years and 19 years respectively) cats, both with kidney disease, have done extremely well on the dry pellets

What is the %protein content of the product?

Protein 6.6% which looks low as it has 80% moisture. Guaranteed 46g per kg protein. You would need to call the nutritionists for a proper dried matter comparison.
