Absolutely garbage product. Doesn't work. Stopped after one go. Doesn't charge. Worked fine for the first time and then just stopped. How is it a best seller on Amazon. I would need a refund on this purchase.

Stopped working in 14 months

I've always used an oral irrigator. This is by far the best I have used. In the past I've had WaterPik and a variety of others. I am really pleased with the choice of streams. I have a crown that tends to collect debris and even becomes infected. That has completely cleared up. My dentist even asked me what I was doing differently. Also, after a few months I took it on a trip. It lasts on one charge for weeks. My suitcase got rough treatment and the water tank cap broke off. I recommend using a rubber band to assure the cap doesn't open as I expect this is why it broke. I called customer support and the warrantee covers a new one which was promptly sent to me. This really is the best one.

Works great! I love this. The soft/gentle position is great for me. I love the "massage" level for gums. I use this 2-3 times a day and can't believe how much better this is ranther than just flossing and brushing. I'm always amazed at how well and easy this works.

Recently purchased this flosser. It worked great. I needed to recharge it but was unable to due to a faulty charger wire. Contacted customer service. They responded within a few hours and sent the replacement part at no charge the same day. Received it two days later; the unit works great. Will purchase from this vendor again.

I have been using this water pick since July 2024 and it has never failed, it’s as powerful as day one. Recently the reservoir water closure broke, so I reached out to the company to purchase that specific peice. They responded very fast and are sending a new complete water reservoir, now that has made my day, what great customer service. This is a very reliable brand.
