Dear customer, the SD card can stay in the slot, please kindly know when the SD card is inserted into the card slot, about 3/1 will be exposed outside the card slot. You need to push the SD card in with your fingers or fingernails. When it is fully pushed in, there will be a ticking sound. Did you download it as a file? I never tried to play the file directly from the USB-that might be the problem?
