Perfect for OPTAVIA fuelings
I bought these to use with OPTAVIA fuelings. It is the perfect size. I tried it with brownies in microwave. Brownies came out great without sticking to paper.

Good size for mini pies and tarts
Good size and depth for making mini pies and tarts. I've made many individual homemade pies in these. They hold up well to cooking and freezing pies to bake for later. Easy to use and throw away. Will buy again.

Perfect for Making Egg White Sandwiches
I prefer getting my eggs in cartons of egg whites since real hen fruit is messy. I've found that these pans are the perfect size for cooking the egg whites in the microwave. The cooked egg white is the exact size to fit on whole wheat muffins. I do have to "grease" the pan with olive oil to keep the egg whites from sticking to the pan (butter or other oil could be substituted). I pour about 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of olive oil into the pan (I eyeball it) and use a finger to rub it into the corrugations on the side of the pan, pour how ever much egg white I want into the pan (usually 1/2 to almost full), then microwave for 2 minutes when half full and 2 1/2 minutes when almost full. The egg white will expand to three times or more its volume while cooking but will shrink back down when it cools. After salting and peppering the egg white, I place one half of the muffin on top of the egg white, then flip both over onto a paper towel on a paper plate, then lift off the pan and toss it in the trash (it could be reused if cooking more than one sandwich). I then salt and pepper the now top side of the egg white, then place the other half of the muffin on top of the sandwich. Besides being delicious, there is no mess to clean up afterwards. I usually can reuse the paper plate. EDIT: Recently, quality control has gone downhill a bit. I now have to hold a pan up to a light to check for tiny holes or cracks in the paper, especially along where the bottom meets the sides. The last few batches have been having these defects ranging from just a handful in the entire batch to every fourth or fifth one has one or more pinhole leaks. These leaks allow egg white to pump out while cooking, making a mess in my microwave I have to clean up. I now keep a piece of wax paper under the pans when cooking to catch any mess from a leak that gets by me.

These are wonderful, very sturdy little paper pans for the air fryer!! Highly recommend!
These work great in the air fryer for the little quiches I make with a tortilla crust!! So good and these are JUST the right size for individual ones!! Use fajita-sized tortillas. The filling is: 3 eggs • 1/4-1/2 cup cottage cheese See notes. • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • salt and pepper to taste • 12 cup chopped bell peppers • 1 cup chopped spinach (or I sometimes crumble in freeze-dried broccoli) • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms • 3 pieces bacon Cooked and crumbled. • 12 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar and 5-Cheese Ital blend or swiss) (I add half to filling and sprinkle half on top) DIRECTIONS: Preheat air fryer to 350, line one of these with a fajita sized tortilla and then add filling (This makes 2 to 3 individual quiches, depending on additions you use.) Combine filling ingredients well. Divide into tortilla-lined paper "pans". Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 9-15 mins (air fryers differ. Mine takes 9 minutes) These can be held in the hand. They're beautiful and delicious!

Easy to use and bake good
Serve the purpose~ I bought it to see if I can bake tartlets and like baking them. After twice of baking tartlets (it turned out delicious and well baked in these pans), I think it was good to buy disposables. I decided I don’t think I’d bake tartlets so often : )

So simple
I use to prepare my breakfast in the non stick pans of course they stick. These are absolutely amazing and worth it. You don’t have to deal with cleanup and they’re bio- degradable I highly recommend.

Comode e utilissime! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great quality & doesn't stick!
My mini pumpkin pies are a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. These pans are strong and do not collapse. They do not stick & come out of the pan so easily. Love them. Very happy with this purchase. 🙂
