Exactly what the product descriptions stated. Two sets of standard valves with adapters to use on various inflatables. Great product and value. These are meant to connect high pressure pumps (tire pumps), not high volume pumps (blower). Use a blower to pump your paddleboard to 1 or 2 PSI, then use your tire pump with this adapter to raise it to 10 PSI, or whatever high PSI.

3* for price to what you get as the compatibility was funky
The brass adapters themselves are good quality it seems. The misc adapters were iffy at least for my kayak. Advanced Elements needs a little domed bar in the center to activate the valve that these don't have. I then realized that my Advance Element adapters work in the brass adapter so I was able to make it work. $8 seems more in line with what this should have cost.
