I ordered this for my preteen as a birthday present and everything went smoothly after we got it. Setting up was easy. After a day or two it started to turn off on its own during use. Almost like it was loosing power. I contacted tech support and we tried to trouble shoot it and nothing was working. I then took a video and sent it over. Got a call right away saying they will replace it. The whole process was smooth and quick, honestly very surprised with how easy it was. Got the computer shipped out, got a new one. Everything is great. Ten stars for tech support and how easy it was to work with them and how quickly this was solved. Zero regrets on going with STG.

I have waited until I had the money to purchase a gaming PC; I had 827 dollars, and I bought this piece of junk. I know about components, and I had bought this one thinking it was a great CPU and GPU combo. I was right, but this company YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY FROM! My GPU (Graphics Card) came in DEGRADED. I knew this because literally 6 days after I used it, I saw artifacts on my screen (screen glitching and color weirdness). I figured it was a GPU problem because I was able to take a photo of the screen glitch, and it would show up in the photo. Another thing that genuinely PISSED me off in this computer is that these people gave me a motherboard in this PC that’s probably older than you are. That means that the headphone hole and microphone hole weren't connected, and I could either only use headphones or use the mic of my headphones but cannot hear because there was no mix hole where modern motherboards provide you. Using this felt like using those old rusty computers I used to barely play Minecraft on at my father’s old company when I was little. Even at least those darn PCs had NVMe SSDs; this one has a SATA SSD, which is really bad for 800 dollars. I had to return this junk and wait 20 days for my cash and over 60 extra days for finding a new PC, then family complications. Do NOT buy any product of STGAubron. Their products are from cheap islands, and their chips are degraded and most likely been used to crypto mine and fried up. Their customer service is also a fairytale. I tried to get in contact to let them know about my degrading GPU, and I NEVER got a call back. Never even CONSIDER this. I am so sorry if you bought this computer, but I am sure you still have time to return it for a better one.

While it doesn't have a tpm chipset, it does fun stuff on linux. There is no stg auburon software for support. and the licensing for windows is not on the product's stickers. meaning when you redistro to a new OS, the old windows key is gone. there are few games it does play well on windows. and on linux nearly all gaming capacity chokes in thorough review of the GPU's performance. the vram is 8gb, but it's a ATX card and not RTX. and they at all advertise it a RTX -3 chipset. the ATX is actual tither performance set, and is meant to do a lot. but the RTX is random tile performance. and it's a GLEU2 setup. and systemds, does not really work well. the ram error in windows 10. and you perform stuff for the day, and by next day, if you do a reset of systemds, meaning reboot - then the ram is back to 8gb use. but at all, Linux by distro UNIX, only needs 4.1 gb to do system dle, and that's enough left over to outperform windows on 84% of all my steam games. Other than this, being at all a gamer is not something I enjoy. I want to communicate more, and collect ordinary wise folk-tales. know more about the people in my community. It feels that gaming on a pc is masterbatory, and not at all procures to alleviate social needs. whereas a board game with 3 to 12 people does. outstanding day is when I setup windows 10. only to know that 10.8 gb of ram is used just to look at twitch and read reddit posts. I recommend at all ordering a usb of linux and go with at all Manjaro Gnome, or Ubuntu OS. and this is to reduce the amount of system ram errors that windows 10 and 11 offer. and you don't know to lose data. The data mis match in windows 11 updates are enough to tell it to me to avoid microsoft for now on. That said, alot of folk reports that the SSD will break. if you don't pirate, and don't delete major files over 1gb every day, then it lasts just fine. ghost imaging will occur after the 13th distro install of UNIX. so don't expect to hop to many ISO files. just stick to one. LTS on Ubuntu is good for about 12 years a major patch.

Edit after the edit: ive had it for a few months now and i havent had a single drop in performance. Its war definitely worth it EDIT: its been 2 weeks and i overclocked it and im running warzone at 65 fps. Fortnite at 60 and warthunder at 120 fps Im more rhan happy and if you get a good one i promise you will too 1. I read reviews about the rx580 and the ONLY issue is the wifi really. So I bought a wifi dongle before hand even tho is come wirh one everyone said to get a better one. 2. The mouse it looks like they heard the complaints ans made is about 5% better lol alright seriously I bought a razer before hand. 3. The keyboard I wanted to try it. Honestly it's really cool looking but really cheap. The shift key jammed once shorted the keyboard and froze the computer within an hour of opening it. Unplugged the keyboard plugged back in wouldnt. Work. Unplugged it again turned the computer off, turned it back on hasn't had an issue since 3 days later. It's a 400 dollar computer. Don't expect the world from it but if you're lucky you can get a good money form every option. I recommend getting an Intel i3 10400 tho to put in it, it will just run better. Also I got the 8gb ram one and received the 16gb so buy now if you're thinking about it. Ohhh and the speaker, it's a free speaker so yay lol

my pc arrived 3 days ago, it came in great packaging, arrived exactly when it said it was supposed to, and even had expanding foam in the inside, ensuring the safety of the system. The RGB lights looked great and i was overall impressed. That’s where the good ends. Fast forward to now, 3 days later, i was running fortnite (low settings, very low demand) and next thing you know the pc turned off and my headphones started a constant buzzing noise, my keyboard lights turned off as well as my mouse. I started wondering what happened so i tried turning the pc back on, but the system wouldn’t do anything. I unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back in then tried to start the pc again… it came back up! just to shut right back off not 2 seconds later no exaggeration, now it constantly does this when i try to turn it on, the lights come on for 2 seconds then turn back off for 10 and so on… i was able to reach out to amazon tonight and setup a return to get my money back, i’ll for sure be taking that money elsewhere and dropping the extra 200-300 dollars to ensure this never happens again. if reading this helped in any way then i feel like i’ve done a solid favor to somebody and helped them save their money and time, this was very disappointing, although, i guess you get what you pay for.

It’s not exactly a bad PC but you’ll definitely desire upgrades for it quickly. I’d suggest doing your research and probably saving for a better computer. It’s not bad but it’s not great. I can load into games like Arc Raiders but I’m absolutely pushing this thing to the max and you can pretty much bet you’ll have to run most new games on low settings. Like I said, not bad but not great. You get what you pay for so I’m not super upset or anything.

so i have had it for about a week now and i went from a gaming laptop to a gaming tower and honestly its good. i saw a bunch of reviews complaining about the wifi connectivity but that's a problem you can easily solve with a Ethernet Cable. What i ordered and got was the RTX2060 with the Ryzen 5 Pro 2600 and honestly it was worth every penny. dont let all the negative reviews scare you away from this one because alot of items people comment that "they know computers" or that they "gave it to their kid or grandkid " and it stopped working. alot of times with anything this can be avoided as long as you treat the computer right and know what you are doing. this is definitely a brand i haven't ever heard of before but ill most likely buy from them again if i ever feel like upgrading with another prebuild or ordering one for the person im with. so if you are looking for a decent gaming computer and you pay attention to specs on games and know what you are doing this is a worth while buy. so im adding this way after i bought the pc. it still works and i gave it to my wife and custom made a new pc but i had to flip the fans and never realized or took the time to look but the front was set to outtake when it should have been intake and the back fan was set to intake when it should have been an outtake fan. after flipping the fans it cools much better than i was before. it would get upwards of 60°c in blender just on idle and now its getting a much cooler 40°c so definitely flip fans if they are incorrectly installed...

Can't beat this for the price. It came with everything you need for a gaming PC and then some. It included a sound bar I was not expecting and a charging mousepad. Also every wire needed for hook up. For a budget PC it does everything I needed it to do. The light effects are awesome and you get a remote to control the effects to set to your liking. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget as apposed to spending thousands of dollars you get all the bells and whistles without breaking the bank. All that said, time will tell, satisfied so far.
