Massive Size. Well done. The pictures capture the essence of the film. Not much reading involved, however, each picture is a thousand words in themselves. Blade Runner fans will like this. Minimal damage from Amazon packaging this time.

Some great production photos and behind the scenes stories of making the film. If you are a fan of Blade Runner 2049, it's a great companion to the film. There are numerous reviews already that talk about the contents of the book. This review focuses more on whether it is worth buying the Revised and Expanded Edition, if you already own the earlier edition. For context, I had bought the Deluxe Edition of the original release of this book when it came out. The Deluxe Edition was the same book as the original edition, but also included a slipcase and a limited edition glow-in-the-dark lithograph. So the questions... 1. If you have the original edition, Is it worth re-buying the revised and expanded edition? TLDR; if you are a Blade Runner fan, I'm going to say yes. To be honest, I felt a little cheated that I had to rebuy it, but the new edition has some great new additions that make it worth it. if you are more of a casual fan, the answer is probably more personal. The revised and expanded edition includes 20 extra pages in the form of 5 new chapters. - Blasters (4 pages) This is a section on the blasters from Blade Runner 2049. I love these pistols, so I'm glad this section has been added. Beautiful photos accompanying info about the production. - Denabase (2 pages) A little chapter about the design and making of the Denabase machine. This was the database machine used to access DNA information in the film. - Route to Vegas (2 pages) Storyboards of an unfilmed segment of K making his way to his final destination in Vegas. A little glimpse into what might have been. - Rachael (10 pages) This is really the big addition. A detailed write up of how Rachael was brought back for the film. I can't believe the original edition was released without this. Really great info. - The End (2 pages) A little wrap up with some nods to Dune. After reading these new chapters, I was immediately glad I had decided to purchase the revised and expanded edition. 20 pages didn't sound like a lot, but some of these additions made it worth it to me. As a minor side note, the product photo of the cover is incorrect. The new edition also credits Simon Ward for the newly added content. 2. If I have the deluxe edition, will the revised and expanded edition with 20 extra pages still fit into the slipcase Yes. It fits fine with no issues. Hope this helps.

This book was beautiful, a lot better than I expected. It was a gift for my son. He was shocked also to see it. He loves it

I wish the studio had the foresight to produce a book like this for the original Blade Runner. Film Producer Tanya Lapointe chronicles the entire production process of this masterpiece and it is amazing. Whether you are a fan of the film or an aspiring filmmaker, this book is worth every penny.

I love blade runner, its my favorite franchise. Naturally I had to get this book. Cant wait for the show, hopefully its good.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my young adult son. He loves it! Book is very heavy and on the larger side.

Un très bel ouvrage, avec de magnifique photos! Le format, genre cinémascope est très appréciable, afin de profiter pleinement du contenu. Contenu qui est dans l'ordre chronologique du film. Ce livre prolonge l'expérience vu au cinéma.

"Blade Runner 2049" e o filme original de 1982 fazem parte da minha lista de filmes favoritos. "2049" foi uma das melhores experiências que tive num cinema IMAX. Já tinha esse art book na minha lista há muito tempo, desde o lançamento do filme nos cinemas e, agora, resolvi me presentear. Não tenho muitos art books, mas esse com certeza me surpreendeu, não só pelo tamanho (o maior de todos que tenho, disparado, em especial na largura), como pelo cuidado com todos os aspectos da edição. O projeto gráfico é lindo, as imagens foram todas muito bem escolhidas, os textos muito bem dispostos, tudo com muito primor. Por ser, além de cinéfilo, designer editorial, esse livro me surpreendeu em diversos âmbitos. Se estiver em dúvida de comprar, não tenha mais. Duvido muito que você vá se arrepender.
