Nice read onto try to use it in the same way. Hopefully I can get something started.

Easy to understand, with solid advice and an introductory feel to the content. A good start for new investors to gain an understanding of commercial real estate.

The book or booklet that teaches about CRE in its full capacity, it is a bang on ticket if you obey and willing to be teachable, to become a good student. It is a good teaching experience and opportunity to change lives. And a good gift for generations to come. I do recommend it.

If you know nothing about commercial real estate, this is the book to get. Like many other real estate books I've read, this one does have an element of "rah-rah, go invest!" which is fine. It also links to his online consultancy site, also fine. What I really liked was the simple explanations of terms and their uses for beginners. He caps it off with three example real estate offers and applies the investing principles learned in this book. It is certainly not comprehensive, but it does what it says, it teaches "Commercial Real Estate... FOR BEGINNERS!"

You are a very wise and knowledgeable individual. I love the examples and the way you teach. I look forward to learning more from you in the near future.

After watching the ads on FB and YT by Peter I decided to look this up and buy it. Now I’ve read other real estate books but this one was confusing how it’s written. It’s just saying stuff and I don’t know what the connection the writer is trying to make or what’s happening. Just saying stuff I’m not really getting. Some stuff was useful and I’ve highlighted what made sense to me that I can reference in the future to pursue this if I wanted to. I’ll have to reread this again in the future but for now 3 stars. I think it’s too short. You can read this in like 3 hours if you’re a steady reader. And the price was good based on the size of the book. If I find value in reading it again I’ll change my rating.

This is a really quick read and a great general overview of Commercial Real Estate Investing. Peter breaks down essential Real Estate terms and even provides examples to help you better understand the concepts. Even in this small book, he provides several great tips on getting started in Commercial Real Estate. The section on becoming a Commercial Real Estate Investor INSIDER was particularly helpful. But that's just the tip of the Iceberg. Peter not only provides the HOW but also the WHY of commercial real estate investing. Peter provides some very compelling motivation for taking action and getting out of the rat race. I have actually had the privilege of working with Peter. He is SO accessible and has a true passion for helping others. He really does care about your success. No gimmicks, tricks or games. If you want to learn, he will teach you. Peter will help you take action. If you want to be financially free and learn from someone in the trenches who truly cares about your success, download this book.

I ordered this book because I work in this area (real estate) from years. Sincerely I didn’t like it. I read other similars in the past, more complete, for example “...for dummies” and sure I can afirm that this is completely basic, not so útil and sorry but I felt disappointed and not agree with different points of mi own job. The book is good written but I didn’t like the concepts

Not very impressive. The general feel of the book is that it's published purely to serve as a lead magnet and fit people into a sales funnel that's filled with mentorship services.
