Will these blades replace Bromley blades?

Yes. The blades will fit on a Bromley handle. Bought this kit cause my Bromley handle broke and had left over blades. So the Dorco will work with Bromley blades as well.

What is the difference between this and the Pace 7?

Hello - This is a different handle from the Pace 7. The vintage-styled, ergonomically designed Dorco Classic handle is high-end and timeless. The long, thick handle shape provides excellent control and comfort. But with Dorco's common docking system, you can mix and match any Dorco Pace Handle to any Dorco Pace cartridge to create a unique shave this is just right for you!

What makes this handle premium over the other Dorco handles?

Nothing really. The handle for Dorco 3D Motion Razor is better but the 7 blade is a better razor than 6 blade. So I use my 7 blade razor in that handle but the only way you can get it is to buy a bunch of 6 blade razors.
