Thyme honey.
Not too sugary or sticky. Taste just like the thyme honey we had in Corfu. Great on its own or use with sweet or savoury dishes.

Excellent Honey
Excellent honey. Of all the honeys that I have tried this year this one is easily the best. It has just the right consistency for me and is smooth and flavoursome.

Good but bit pricey
A pleasant Honey - not as aromatic as some but it is still clearly recognisable as an authentic Greek Thyme Honey. You are paying a premium for the privilege of purchasing online but if you donโt have a good Greek Deli in easy reach its just about worth it!
