Have just been recommended by my dentist, but not sure what flavour to choose - any recommendations?

I work in a dental surgery and have tried all the flavours. I think mint is the most popular because it’s like toothpaste. kids like the fruity ones, melon was probably the least popular. I think also they are all slightly unusual in flavour and take a bit of getting used to.
