How is the sizing? I’m usually a 12 but will the 14 be better?

I am usually a 14 and the 14 size I got was just right fit. You don't need a bigger size..

Is the breathability any good. Present jacket I have is waterproof but makes you sweat inside thanks

I have not worn much but used in shower at the Hampton court flower show between 18-20 degrees kept me dry in the showers but didn’t get hot. Also walking around York for the day. I think it’s good for the money

Is there an inside pocket?

Only pockets accessible from outside made of thin mesh, not really suitable for keys & phone as not strong or lined. Although have zips.

Howe come it takes 2 months for some colours to arrive like Moroccon blue and others im a day
