I haven't had any fizzy drinks since I've been ordering this stuff. I usually get the Fruit Fusion flavour but I've had the others before. It tastes amazing, has no sugars (great for healthy skin and teeth, low body fat % etc) and has some ingredients which are very useful for all stages of working out (pre, intra and post). You can actually drink this however you like - I've actually been having one scoop instead of two and it's lasted me twice as long. The flavour is strong enough as it is. Wholeheartedly recommend this. This is my fizzy-drink replacement from now on.

A solid pre-workout, but I actually use this more while working than in the gym. It gives a different kind of focus compared to coffee—more steady and controlled without feeling too jittery. It’s been really useful on long workdays when you need a bit of a boost. The flavour is good, although it does have a slightly chemical smell and taste at first. After a couple of uses, though, you get used to it and it becomes quite a pleasant drink. You can also adjust the amount of water depending on how strong you want it, which is handy. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for something different to coffee for energy and focus throughout the day.

Love the taste and it does seem to give me a little buzz while I’m working out. Not sure if it’s as strong as the pre workout one- but I like Optimum products.

I started using this product as a pre-workout supplement and it works brilliantly. Give me an instant energy boost that gives me that edge during my workout. It mixes easily and tastes delicious. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants that extra boost for a training session

Doesn’t have the best flavour and gives me jitters and a stomach ache. I stopped using it after three times because the side affects hindered my workout a bit too much.

Effettivamente percepisco un "brain boost" dopo l'assunzione, e l'effetto è più duraturo rispetto a quello di un semplice caffè. Non posso dare alcuna valutazione sui benefici in palestra, ma suppongo con ragionevole certezza che aiuti. Quindi per me è un prodotto valido che consiglio e continuerà ad acquistare. L'importante è che il prezzo non salga. Al momento, fatti i calcoli, ogni assunzione costa circa come una tazzina di caffè in città.

Dieser "Light-Booster" schmeckt in der Geschmacksrichtung Fruit Punch mega lecker, könnte genauso ein Cocktail sein, wenn man sich etwas mit Drinks auskennt, könnte man diesen hier auf jeden Fall zu einem tollen virgin was auch Immer machen :p Die Wirkung finde ich gut. "Nur" 100mg Koffein reichen völlig, man ist nicht überdreht, kein Herzrasen, kein Schlafmangel, einfach nur eine natürliche Ladung Energy mit allen wichtigen Aminosäuren. Am besten eiskalt genießen!

-- Debido a la reducción de horarios por la pandemia, para poder hacer uso del tatami debemos esperar hasta bien tarde con todo lo que ello conlleva, jornada laboral, transporte público y otras actividades. Evidentemente el entreno se hace cuesta arriba sobre todo al final de la semana, y es aquí, donde el producto actúa, consigue mitigar el cansancio y facilita la recuperación tras el mismo, con un sabor que en casa gusta y, esto es algo muy importante, sin malestar de estómago ni incomodidades.
