Good quality with no heating issue of temperature controller
Good heating belt. Have tried buying other brands but returned to flamingo as the temperature controller does not get heated. Had bought one from the same brand for my mother 10 years earlier and it is still good.

Worst product
When I used it for the first time, It's temprature slider got heat up and picked up fire. I am afraid if I wasn't vigilant it could make a major loss. Now company policy says that they will not pick up it from my place and I've to courier it to them and then they will repair it. This is not expected from this big brand. I would recommend not to buy this product rather go for other brand. There service are just to show off. They don't care for their costumers.
