Great Warranty Support & Customer Service
I had a good experience with the Agro Streamer initially, and I did not face any issues for the first 6 months. After around 6 months of use, the product developed an issue. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted the customer support team. They responded well and provided a replacement for the product. I really appreciate the way the support team handled the issue and honored the warranty without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the after-sales service and customer support.

Disappointed and lost belief ( -5 Negative )
If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

Assembly issue
Inspite of replacement still the assembly is not proper I don't know what's the issue, and there's no help to reach out, the base rim is not properly sealed the lid doesn't fit on the steamer
