Shabby construction but it serves the purpose. Now typing 13 words to complete my review - this is tiresome. And I still have one more word to write. Whoever designed this opportunity to reply needs to rethink this nonesense.

This thing broke after one use
I should have paid more attention to the reviewer who reporter their thermal binder stopped working, as so too did mine. I bought it to bind some very important academic work and I tested it beforehand, all was fine. A few days later, I came to use it for the proper run and guess what, it was kaput!! Only one light came on and the hotplate simply didn't get hot, it was warm and cool enough so that I could actually touch it. Of course his caused an emergency with my academic work and I sent the binder with two packs of binding covers back to Amazon. They have refunded me for the binder and one pack of covers, but they still owe me £60 for the second pack. I can't find any way of telling them the refund hasn't gone through, I am dismayed. This has made me seriously reconsider ever buying from Amazon ever again. I am horrified by this episode.

Prise de courant à la norme britannique
La relieuse me paraît intéressante sauf qu'elle est livrée avec une prise à la norme britannique ce qui va m'obliger à acheter un adaptateur, donc augmenter son prix ! Il est effectivement possible de renvoyer l'article mais ça ne résoudra pas mon besoin et je risque de me retrouver à nouveau avec une machine inexploitable en France. Il est quand même anormal de vendre des produits non conformes à la réglementation ! Si des gens du service commercial d'Amazon FRANCE me lisent, qu'ils regardent s'ils ne pourraient pas au minimum fournir un adaptateur ou mieux fournir un modèle déjà équipé d'une prise européenne avec ce modèle.
