Other reviews said that it was confusing at first, but I found that it was fairly self explanatory right out of the box. It was up to my doctors standards and he was very impressed at the price of it as well. It is mostly comfortable, though I do often have to adjust it throughout the day as it does slide down, but most do this anyway. The pads are removable which is helpful for washing, though it wasn’t the easiest getting them back into the same position when refitting them. Overall, a great product for a great price. Does what it says on the tin.

Its very comfortable but i use the brace when put over my trousers and i am finding it tends to slip off my leg. Is this item supposed to be used on bare skin or not.

Brought for my wife, so this review is based on her opinions. The pictures are of her wearing this brace.Does not line up with my knee at all, the whole set of straps kept coming unstuck from metal hinges, its all held together by velcro, which comes undone extremely easily. Certainly not worth the money. It is not easy to use, and takes at least 2 people to fit it, you need to be sat completely flat on the floor which is not ideal if you have Osteoarthritis, as you will literally be stuck. The quality is not good either, due to everything being held together by velco, which comes undone. The knee braces physically slides down during use aswell, which defeats the purpose of having the support in the first place. Once in place, seeing the adjustable hinge dial is impossible, you cant get the degree angle to match properly. Its extremely bulky once on, so definitely would not be comfortable under clothing, it physically rubs and causes skin irritation. Due to it sliding down and constantly coming separated from thr metal hinges it does not offer the support a knee braces should. The shoulder strap that it comes with is not ideal either, this physically cuts into your shoulders, also the shoulder strap cannot be worn if you're a tall person. All in all I have found that this knee braces is not worth what is being charged.

The basic knee brace appears to be comfortable and beneficial. Also supplied was a strap to loop over your head to help hold up the brace - however the strap is way too short - I am 186 cm tall and as I stood up the strap was too tight and broke the ring that was used to attach the strap to the brace. What a stupid design flaw!

I bought this to stabilise my after tearing two ligaments and injuring a third. I get pain whenever I get the knee bumped sideways. This seemed like an ideal solution.1. Instructions are helpful. You will pretty much need to figure it through trial and error.The shoulder strap is short, even for short man, so not certain how tall people will use it.I do not expect to use that strap because it seems more difficult than the problem it intends to overcome.2. Size. The models in the photos are women. Keep that in mind guys if you have muscular legs. My calves are the maximum possible size for the fabric which the brace rests upon. My thighs are larger than the fabric or restraining straps. I am far off being a beefy guy, so any manly muscles might make this impossible to use. In fairness, the advert gave the maximum measurements in cm, but since some reviews said it fits nearly all men, I went with that, considering myself to be ‘average’.3. Other size options would have been useful, especially for straps.I have not used outside yet.For a mildly muscular stocky man, I am disappointedUpdate: 24 December 2023Been using the brace for a few days and enduring long hours of travel.It has been so helpful. The strain on the knee is taken up by the leg muscles and the brace itself acts to provide physical protection from bumps and thumps in crowds. I am limited in the amount of flexion by my surgeon, so I am straight legged mostly. I would have struggled with out this.I have given one extra star

Bought Knee Brace this because my arthritic knee and leg twist against each other and is very painful. The fit size was brilliant and very comfortable. Wanted to go skiing this year 2023 tried it on and then went to a Snowdome skied for an hour without any sign of twisting or pain. The valcro fastening was good, as were the 2 pull tags, the 2 blow up bags are a gret idea when sitting, At the price it was better than one I bought last year which did allow a twisting, which this one does not because the alloy sides are strong, have not used the adjustable angle as needed full moverment. A top buy, and recommend it. Will look forward to the time when the new knee comes along later this year, and using a rehabilitation brace.

Excellent support for my partner's injured knee which was damaged severely following a bad accident causing intense pain and discomfort. Lightweight and robust it provides not only stability but does wonders for her confidence when walking in amongst crowds and in particular when climbing steps or escalators. Easy to fit and great value for money. Highly recommended!
