Just received my Colgate ortho defense fluoride rinse today. Followed the directions and swished vigorously between my teeth for 1 minute, then spit it out. Since my dentist suggested I use this, since we don’t have fluoride in our local water, I bought this immediately. Hoping it helps on my six month cleaning… Recommended.

Timely delivery and good price.

It tastes a little weird, but it works well. My gums are no longer inflamed. When this product arrived, the some of the product had leaked into the box -not much. The bottles were slightly sticky. The surprise was that I received blue mouthwash not clear. It’s fine. As long as it works, and it does. Mouthwash is important because it knocks down the bacterial load in the mouth. I notice my teeth don’t need such a deeply vigorous brushing after using this mouthwash morning and night after brushing and flossing. It would be great if Colgate would make bubblegum-flavored mouthwash for the kids because this flavor isn’t going to win any competitions!
