3-in-1 Ionic Ceramic Brush & Volumizer: Straighten, Curl & Style Hair With Hot Air

This is an excellent handheld dryer brush! It's light and easy to use for my small hands, my current drying brush styler is too heavy to use for more than a few minutes and too large to dry my bangs and the back of my head easily. This brush is great for fixing my bangs in the morning and for drying my under layers of hair. The bristles are thinner and the heat reaches closer to my head which speeds drying time. This is good for travel as it's not too heavy at all. The inner plate heats up quickly and the air speed is good for wet hair. What I do is towel dry my hair for about 10-15 minutes, then start brushing through the top layers of my hair with the brush on high. After those sections are less damp I clip them out of the way and work on the lower sections and back of my head. Overall a good quality brush for the price and I love that it's easy to use.

First, let me address things that I wanted to know when I read the reviews so that you can compare My hair is medium length comes to slightly under my ear its fine, colored but naturally gray with a bend in it it’s not curly, but it has a slight wave in it. Previously products with a brush just wouldn’t grab my hair because it’s so fine and soft And when I first took it out of the box, my feeling was wow the brush is just too big for my hair, but I absolutely found that i love this brush there is a learning curve between the regular setting or the higher one as far as the volume of air and it does get a bit warm on the tip, but not so hot you can’t hold it. I love that the cord will turn around the brush and not get snagged and most of all I love that my hair will not get caught that I have to cut it out of my head so here’s what I discovered to do my hair I start out I section my hair because this way I’m not grabbing hair all over the place and I also found that I like to start off on the higher setting for about a second or two, and then turn it down to the lowest setting as I bring the brush back through my hair, and then I’ll move to a new section and if I don’t rush, it make sure that I’m drying each section my hair comes Out great and it’s fast I can’t believe how much faster than a hairdryer. The reason I wanted it was because I have a back problem and standing, holding my arm over my head, blowing my hair out with a hairdryer just became too painful. This is much quicker, and I like the results.

This product is fairly easy to use on my semi-short bob haircut. It drys my hair quickly and adds volume. Since I've only used it a couple of times so far, I'm hopeful I will get better with it. It does not tangle my hair as some reviewers suggested. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a reasonably priced round brush dryer.

First this hand held brush hair dryer is very heavy and large for a medium size hand. For a senior with arthritic fingers it was very difficult to hold or maneuver. The heat is very low so drying is very slow. For these reasons I am trying to return this product. Returning this product was a nightmare. When I took the dryer neatly packed in the original package, the UPS Store refused to accept as they insisted the package had to be in the small plastic bag the item was shipped. The plastic envelop was torn in several places to remove the item which was discarded. When I sought help to return this item, it was not possible to get assistance on the Amazon website, the GET Further Help does not connect with anything after trying three different times. Amazon does not provide assistance to return this item, that is eligible to return, confirmed in writing. We have never had to have exact packaging material when returning items to the UPS Store. We are hoping an Amazon Return Center at Kohls will help us.

**EDIT 3/16/20** My initial review was made after a couple of uses and I liked it initially. I still say that it's a good Hot Air Brush. There are 3 problems that have become problematic for me. I have short hair, which is why I chose this barrel size. The grip is great on the longer hair but shorter hair won't stay on the barrel unless I hold it and it's too hot. I have another brush with a bigger barrel and it has the short boar hair type bristles that are together and this type is better for gripping. This brush doesn't have that type. 2nd, it's too powerful for my hair. I also have fine, thin hair and all I have to do is get this near my head and my hair blows everywhere. I'll section off a brush full and twirl it around fine but it blows all the others even on low which seems to make them frizzy. Which leads me to 3. It has 2 settings, both of which are hot and powerful, and a on/off button. It doesn't have a low blowing setting nor a cool setting to set a curl. Overall, if my hair was longer a super thick, it would be a good brush. It's definitely NOT for short, fine hair! Love this hot air styler! Very easy to use. Grips hair very well. Gives my fine hair tons of volumn and curl. I've tried many and this is the one! It does everything it says it does and more! Definitely recommend!

Loved the old style even though they never lasted very long. They were the perfect size for my fine shoulder length hair. This one is larger and my hair won’t hold a curl.

I have been using this dryer for a couple of months now. My first attempt wasn't the greatest, but I learned the way that was the best for me. My hair is short, about 3" long and very thick. The bristles capture my hair well, but I use the lower heat setting because the dryer is close to my scalp and high is too hot. I start at the bottom and work up to the top of my head. In the past, using a brush and hair dryer, the back of my hair never looked good. Now it looks neat and smooth. I don't think it's as fast as the other method, but it definitely looks shinier and better. I use some hair spray afterwards because I live in a humid climate and want to keep the frizz to a minimum. I wash and dry my hair about ever 5-6 days because it's colored. I'm not sure that I would want to do this on a daily.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical of this device's styling power at first because this brush did not have the brush bristles I was looking for - it only has the spindley comb wetbrush type - however, it proved to be way better than expected. Additionally, the device is light and the handle is easy to hold, which is a must for me since I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis plus it has a nifty cool touch piece at the top which makes it easier to use when styling! I have only tried it on my sister's hair which is cut very short but after seeing it tackle her frizzy and curly hair I'm sure it can handle mine. I was also really fond of the heat settings and most products don't give users the choice like this one did. I also think this will work great when traveling, minimizing my need for a straightener and a blow dryer.
