Love this one! Its exactly like it is on the picture and does a great job sifting through sand in the hamster sand box to clean it from whatever hamster brings to it. Good delivery, size and great quality.

This would be five stars if it weren’t for the price. It does feel somewhat cheekily priced for what it is. However, unless you buy a small tea strainer-type scoop (which is a perfectly reasonable way to sift sand and spot-clean on an affordable price), all the others on the market are twice the size and not really suitable for getting into smaller spaces. I would happily recommend this as a more expensive option, as it works perfectly with the Niteangel sandbath I also have. The quality feels sturdy, and it looks quite cute for something like this.

Smaller than I expected if I’m honest but that’s not a criticism, just that so many other sieves I’ve used for my hamsters sand bath have been so much bigger not only in size but also in the gaps of the sieve itself sometimes making cleaning out smaller litter boxes hard or make sifting out small seed shells or poops from the sand difficult if they fall through the gaps. This sieve has very fine gaps that only let the sand through so is very effective at getting out any nasties. Super high quality and sturdy and would definitely order again if I ever need to.

It's not too big and not too small in size, and the mesh is perfect to catch all the random debris in my hamster's sand bath. Whilst it might be a bit pricier compared to other scoops available on Amazon, the quality is there and I doubt I'll have to get another scoop for a very long time.

Expensive for what it is (I wonder if a tea strainer at a fifth of the price would do the same job) but it does the job it's been purchased for. High quality handle and mesh strainer, a great size for the Niteangel sand bath.
