EuroGraphics 6000-4908 Jigsaw Puzzle

I love these Eurographics jigsaws with the unusually shaped pieces. I originally thought this would make completion easier but it's the opposite. Often it's hard to tell if a space has one piece or two pieces missing from it. What I find particularly challenging is that many of the pieces that aren't edge pieces have a straight side so it's really hard to identify the true edge pieces. In this case one of the edge pieces was in the last 50 or so pieces to be placed. There were a few pieces already joined and one pieces that was slightly damaged but generally the quality of the pieces is good, they are thick and strong. The colour matching is very good. The box image is perfectly matched to the jigsaw. I have kept this one together and hung it on the wall. I just love the colours so much.

What was I thinking of?!!! This is a great jigsaw but ever so tricky to complete. The pieces are irregular in shape which adds to the level of difficulty but added to an impressionist painting makes it a real challenge. Still, I have enjoyed doing this puzzle and will get it out on miserable winter days to take my mind off the rotten weather.

The puzzle has a great quality, the format of the pieces are different than traditional giving a good challenge. Good quality of print and colours. Medium to high level of challenging.

I have bought 2 other jigsaw from the same maker. They are fiendish as the pieces are cut in irregular shapes. So not your usual 5 or 6 typical pieces. This image makes it even harder as grouping by colour block is virtually impossible. The pieces are laser cut so very precise and fit well when assembled. My only gripe is that there isn't a printed full size image inside the box which would help with the assembling. One has to rely on the image on the box which is not complete, some corners are hidden and add everyone knows you start a jigsaw from the border.. We'll see how long it takes to build..

Very good quality with excellent shapes of the pieces. The colour printing is first rate and the challenge and cost makes it a must buy. It sure isn't an easy puzzle but the triumph of completing it makes it all worth it. Enjoy!

I hadn't realised whenI ordered that the pieces were cut so that no two pieces are the same. This adds to the challenge which I enjoy but perhaps it should be made clearer in the description. Good quality and well cut.

Qualità dei pezzi e colori più alta della concorrenza. Il taglio dei pezzi diversificato rende il tutto più sfidante, nonostante inizialmente sia più complesso. Consigliatissimo.

Me ha sorprendido que las piezas sean diferentes a las típicas. Tienen cortes diferentes que dificultan un poco más el nivel, no obstante, se hace muy fácil.
