I believe you could attach the straps to the bar that presses against the door frame. May be a tight fit in a narrow doorway.

On the 330Ilb with the round foam on, will the round foam turn when standing on it?

What one is for persons weighing 184lbs?

That's about what I weigh. I haven't done lats workout in over a year but I used to use about 140lbs. I did my first set of 10 with this using all 5 bands and I thought it was too easy but its really my first day so I'm ok with that. My 2nd set I did with 4 bands I think and also did 10 but this felt like a workout a little. I did a 3rd set with 2 bands and only did 5. I hope that helps.
