This Superfood Fruits and Vegetables Supplement has been a great addition to my daily routine. I often struggle to get enough fruits and veggies in my diet, and this makes it super convenient — just mix a scoop into water or a smoothie and you're good to go. It blends well, tastes surprisingly good (not overly sweet or artificial), and gives me a noticeable boost in energy and digestion throughout the day. I've been taking them for about 2 months. Easy to swallow. So far I feel more energetic and my digestive health is more regular. Bonus that it's about half the price of the brand name.

WOW! I really like these they have given me energy that I lost. They woke me up I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. They are expensive for us but I need that energy boost for sure. I like my fruit but vegetables are hard for me to take. I like salads but I am very picky with veggies. They have not upset my stomach so I know they digest great. I take them in the morning and get my stuff around the house done effectively.

I've ordered these several times. Do they help? I don't know. It's hard to say that eating fruits or vegetables dehydrated in a capsule is measurable on how I "feel". But I do know I don't eat enough F&V as they are so expensive, so I hope they are helping me nutritionally. What I don't like, is that whoever, or whatever counts them can't count. Product is always short in the bottles. I shouldn't need another 4 month supply until the end of the month, but 2 weeks early I am out, and I don't even take them every day as at least a couple times a month I forget (I buy the 360 ct size). So even though they are a fair price, I have never got the full count of what is supposed to be in the bottle and quite get what I am paying for.

My wife has been using this for over a year and she notices a difference. She has more energy, no bad after taste, easily digestible and no bad side effects. She would say just taking 3 each is very effective at giving her more energy throughout the day. She's definitely sticking to these in the future.
