Makita LD050P 50 Metre Laser Distance Measure

I bought this to replace a Bosch laser measure, that had finally given up. Being a fan of Makita tools, I opted for this, the LD050P. The 50 indicating that it will measure to 50m. Physically, it is small and light. Measuring 110mm x 45mm and with the 2 AAA batteries inserted, weighing in at 96g. Build quality is nice, although, I would have like to have seen some rubberised protection on the outside. It comes with a nice soft case, and a lanyard. Feature wise, as well as standard distance measuring, it has the ability to perform floor area, room volume and 2 and 3 point pythagorus height calculation. You can change the base point to be from either the front or the back of the laser measure. It also has a constant measure mode, where the distance will continually change as you move. The laser is nice and bright, although, like all, a challenge to see outside in daylight conditions. Where it really shines, is in the most important category of accuracy. It is super accurate. It's repeatibility is excellent. Taking 5 different readings from the same position, there was no change in measured distance at all. Comparing distance with manually measured distances, it was spot on every time. Overall, I'm very pleased with this measure. It is too expensive and for the money it should have some kind of rubber protection boot, but as it performs its purpose of measuring so accurately, I happily award it 5 stars. What can I say, a much appreciated gift by the recipient who needed an accurate and quick and easy to use tool, and this is up to the task.

Makes measing so much more easy, accurate and reliable. Does all the math calculation. Could do with a bumper sleeve to prevent damage.

Todavía lo uso como principal herramienta de medida en mi trabajo. Se me ha caído se ha mojado, lo he pisado... y como si nada. Sigue con la misma precisión que cuando lo compré (comparándolo con otros equipos y con cintas métricas), és muy manejable y, para el trabajo diario e intensivo es ideal, resistente y hace honor a la marca.

Definitivamente mas útil que un flexometro. Para realizar un levantamiento de planta de algún edificio es útil, pero se requiere de 2 personas para agilizar la toma de medidas. Es ligero, lo cual es una ventaja y a la vez desventaja, ya que no se siente tan robusto. No pude medir una longitud de 60 metros, pero bueno, es hasta 50 metros.

Come tutti i prodotti Makita è un apparecchio ben costruito e solido. E' piccolo e maneggevole. Sta tranquillamente nel palmo di una mano. E' dotato di piccola borsetta MAKITA per proteggerlo da eventuali e accidentali urti. Può essere impostato in vari modi. Tramite la pressione di uno dei tasti si può impostare ad esempio che la misurazione non compranda l'ingombro del metro, cosi da poter misurare con esattezza anche nei punti piu difficili da raggiungere. E' precisissimo, al millemetro. Può sviluppare anche i mq di una parete, di uno spazio. Può fare operazioni matematiche di aggiunta di misure. Insomma un ottimo prodotto, di facile utilizzo e indispensabile per rendere la vita più semplice.
