What is the difference in the 2 flavors: mint charcoal vs. mint? Color or taste?

where are these made?

Our Bits are made in California and we'd never use plastic to package our products. Staying true to our commitment to sustainability is our top priority and we will always choose the planet over profits :)

Do they contain fluoride?

I don’t know if they contain fluoride. I returned the 2 bottles received because they arrived unsealed. Two open bottles with screw-on caps. The company lacks any customer service. Not recommended.
