Tslim x2 Pump Case with 360° Rotatable Clip (Blue)

Two years on and the clip finally gave out. Best I ever got from translucent plastic clips.

For MULTIPLE reasons, these pump clips are the absolute WORST kind of pump clip ever made. I'll keep it brief, but what you need to know is that one, the clip does not fully close around the pump so the pump literally slides in and out of the clip FREELY. My pump suffered quite a few scratches as the result of this. Two, it doesn't have that "lifted barrier" (to prevent scratches) and it is very open, almost the top and two sides of the pump are exposed (again this makes it so much more open/easy to scratch, ding and potentially seriously damage.) Three, because the pump can come and go as it pleases, it actually sometimes will cause the pump to release the reservoir. Just, don't buy it if you value your 3000 plus dollar pump.

This case lasted 21 months before the clip part finally broke off. Considering the wear it gets by being worn 24/7 and being clipped and unclipped every day, I consider that pretty good. And I love that the clip is sturdy. I don't want my insulin pump randomly falling off my waistband. I just bought the upgraded version as a replacement, and I hope it's just as good.

Pretty cheap. I had one that broke a week after I got it and the company sent me a replacement. I think they might have free lifetime replacement if you remember to use it. I like everything about it except the belt hook. The swivel part gets loose or breaks. I work cattle and I’m pretty hard on it though.

Update: 6/2/25 I sent an “email” to the Company on 5/30/25 and haven’t heard a peep! This Pump case has a one year warranty so I am very disappointed. I purchased the first pump case on 6/26/24 from Amazon and received it on 7/1/24 for my T-Slim x2. It broke in December, and I entered a review on Amazon to let others know my experience. I got a response and was offered a refund, and then shortly after that the chance to just replace it, which I accepted. I inserted my pump in that one on 2/5/25. Unfortunately, the back clip broke off that one earlier this week. That one also lasted 5 months! I actually like the features and truly was surprised when last week I stood up the from my sofa and the pump/case fell to the carpet and the clip broke off. Not sure why this happened. I have attached a photo of the broken unit (2nd photo below is tge latest break). ———Original Review——— (12/31/24) I’ve had this product for 5 months and the clip portion broke off last night. Disappointing to say the least. Most of my pump covers have lasted a couple of years - or longer. What I did like about this was how easy it was to pull it out of this case for change outs. And you could wrap some of the infusion tubing around the back so that it didn’t show. I will not purchase this again.

Loved the pump case for the first 2 months. But then the case snapped while I was wearing it. The case that comes with the pump lasted me 4 years. I didn't expect this to break after 2 months. Not only am I out $25 on a case, but my pump pulled out when it fell which is pretty uncomfortable and cost me a site. Would not recommend. *Edited* the company reached out immediately and is replacing the case. Changed my rating because the response was extremely fast and unexpected. Would purchase from this company again.

New user to Tandem insulin pump. The provided protective case had a real cheesy clip on it that I just could not get used too. This case was exactly what I needed. It has a fairly stout rotating spring clip which is easy to use on belts, underwear etc. The case is a fairly hard molded plastic and seems pretty stout. Time will tell. Case is designed to give access to the various functions on the pump, charging port, power button, cartridge etc. It's also easy to slide the pump out to do cartridge changes. The pump kind of snaps into the case but it could slide out under pressure. Just don't be hanging upside down on the monkey bars and jumping up and down. This case was a little pricey but if it lasts for a year or so it will be well worth it.

I have had at least five of these cases with one of them being a replacement. They fit the pump perfectly, and I love the fact that it can rotate file attached to your belt. The problem is they easily break apart if you bump into them as a result, I will be moving to some other product unless they figure out a way to keep us together. It looks to me like there needs to be stronger adhesive between the two parts or maybe have it ultrasonic welded I don’t know. I just caution, buyers that it can be delicate .

Está genial el gancho ya que es tipo pinza, no como el original y así puedes engancharlo en otros sitios. No me gusta que por la parte de donde sale el tubo no tiene ningún tope para que no se salga la bomba, hay que tener cuidado.

I love my new Healvaluefit pump case, it's comfy to wear, and I have peace of mind about the safety of my pump when wearing it, as it's very secure. The other great feature is the ability to be able to wrap the tubing so it doesn't hang.

Utile e pratico, di plastica dura e rigida. Come una cover. Consigliato per chi ha il relativo computer con canula per iniezione insulina. Ne vale la pena
