Fabulous recipes - have cooked the most amazing simple and tasty Japanese with ease
The book is everything I'd hoped. I use both outdoor grills and a teppan table in the house (you could use a frying pan or griddle instead). Very authentic recipes but easy and super tasty along with guidance on what ingredients to buy from local supermarket or Chinese supermarket for more unusual items. Have had the most amazing meals for dinner entertaining and events.

This is a fantastic book for anyone that knows and loves Japanese Grilled food. I suspect there are a few 'chefy' recipes mixed amongst but the opening section on my beloved Yakotori will set me up for a brilliant Summer!

Looks like a fantastic book with amazing recipes. I can.not.wait to have our big konro night and to make many of these recipes. They suggest 6 skewers per person .... I don't know how I'm going to limit the menu to just 6!

Instructions on different methods of barbecue in are clear, concise, and easy to follow, as are the recipes themselves. A Great and practical primer on Japanese style grilling that doesn’t require you to buy any equipment you don’t likely already own, unless you want to.
