Pain free patch application.
Perfect for killing pain on joints ie knees. The heat from the patch was just right as nd I could not feel that I had it on it was so comfortable, it’s not bulky just like having a normal plaster on. If it’s too big for the area you could I suppose cut it to the size you require. Although it has a menthol kind of smell it helps clear the nasal passages but would not recommend it as a cure of a stuffy nose.

These really help the pain in my arm, and stay put until you are ready to take them off. They do smell like germolene but it is definately worth it to me. Slightly disappointed with the short expiry date, but I will probably use them by February anyway.

Stomach issues?
Great for pain but have I suffered last few days with my stomach and diarrhoea. If you have stomach issues do not use them or take something to prevent it. For 3 days I was crippled with stomach cramps bloating and diarrhoea. Google them before buying
