Can i use this for a torn callus?

We wouldn’t recommend you use this, it’s better used to prevent the calluses - you could try the wod welder hand care kit for the callus then use the tape once gone to prevent return Hope that helps Jo

The roll is 5cm wide and about 15 feet in length. You cut the tape to the length you require for the joint / area you need to support. So “one size” means 1 long roll
