COLOR WOW Root Cover Up

This product is very good and have used it for years. I use dark brown and it is dark brown and covers grey hair very well. Even though I use the applicator provided to touch up roots on larger areas, you can easily use a smaller thinner brush tool for your temples and even your eyebrows. It works really well for eyebrows with no smudging, using it lightly and to fill unless you want a thicker heavier look, the choice is yours. Easy to remove and reapply if you go wrong too. Will stay on until washed off.

So useless Does nothing. If I could give it zero stars then I would ! Had a bad dye job and wanted to add some blonde highlights here and there. Honestly did nothing at all. And so expensive ! I had actually cancelled the order but it arrived anyway. I thought ‘ok I’ll give it a go now it’s here’. Really wish I hadn’t. What a total waste of money.

This root cover up goes on ok and seems to last but I bought medium brown and it is sooo dark it's more like a very dark brown almost black. I have used it very sparingly because it's better than nothing. I need it on the hairline around my face especially the temples. If I put a lot on the effect is too dark and too solid even when I have had a fresh colour put on my roots at the salon, worse when the grey really starts to show. I like it as a product but will probably order it again in light brown in the hope it is the right colour.

Used to use the spray on root cover, this is much better. Can apply it easily to the root growth areas, it blends in without being too powdery on the hair and doesn’t feel dry. I also used it on my eyebrows. Great one between hair appointments.

Bought as a gift. But great idea and really works.

Good colour match however Doesn’t cover greys and I don’t think it lasts long.

Excellent for covering grey roots or streaks

I was skeptical but figured I would give it a go as I embark on growing out my hair. I have several inches of grey and found Color Wow to be great! It goes on well, and although I do get it on my fingers while applying it, I have had no transfer to my face and it washes of my finger tips easily. It covers the grey with no problem and while someone mentioned that these products seem to be too matte and look weird up again normal hair shine, it doesn't stand out at all. I do run my hands through my hair a lot, but it seems to not come off. I tried it for several days between washes and it was consistent. I am going to get light brown and use it with the medium brown I got because my hair seems to be in the middle and I am going to try and ease into total grey just adding some colours in to break up the root growth since my last salon colour.

This product is fantastic! My dark blond (and darker) hair turns white/gray after several weeks post hair dresser, and I just brush this on in strips. It tones down the white/gray and warms up my hair. I’m amazed how handy this is to tide me over until I can get in to the hairdresser! I use Dark Blond. It has a nice warm, soft brown color. It blends in perfectly and naturally. It’s also good for the spots on the scalp that look thin. Terrific product!

Yes it looks small compared to its price but it us really effective and cover the white hair fast. I bought the red color and happy with it. Will definitely re_buy.
