No capsules contain halal source beef gelatine (be careful with this one new vegetarians it sneaks into many unexpected products . When you have a vegetarian daughter you get used to checking ingredient lists for this !) and obviously the fish oil !

Okay for normal people to have it

It is a diet supplement supposed to keep your heart healthy ... to start taking it when you got problems is a bit late ... but a healthy diet, weight and excercise does the trick as well. Best ask your pharmacist discussing your medical details ... most GP's recommend to save your money and live healthyly.

Is this tablet easy to swallow

There are 3 capsules to swallow a day - 2 micro nutrient capsules (green blister) and 1 Krill oil capsule (purple blister). The Krill oil capsule is very easy to swallow. The other 2 are bigger and slightly harder to swallow but I haven't had any problems in swallowing them so far. The trick is to take them one at a time with a full glass of water.

Is it ok to open the capsule and take contents with a cold drink?

I don’t see why not? The capsule is just a cover after all?
