Not so much melatonin you can't wake up but enough to make you sleepy in the morning. Magnesium is always something I used to take to fall asleep so I'm glad that's included. Theanine is a nice touch. Tastes good. Does better than the regular magnesium supplements were doing that I was taking prior.

great product just as described. It worked so well and so quick that within 30 minutes of taking it I fell right to sleep. I don't take anything ever so it worked fast on me. It was a good taste, didn't leave a bad aftertaste or anything the night of or the next morning and it was great price and quality. I don't take them every night as you shouldn't take Melatonin often but during my period or stressful times in my month cycle and life I will use it but prayer helps more than anything but this really worked, thank you. It was perfect for what I needed and didn't upset my stomach either!

I have spent thousands of dollars on over-the-counter sleep aids. I have been taking prescription sleep aids for 30 years. I finally we weaned myself off of clonazepam and I feel so much better! Even if I don’t sleep all night, I wake up refreshed and not goofy like I do with prescriptions. I can’t believe I found something that actually helps me sleep. Consider looking into grounding mats for your bed and get your vitamin D checked. I hope all of you out there that suffer from HORRIBLE sleep deprivation will get the same results that I have. Great taste, easy to chew and seems to kick in pretty fast. I take them on my way to bed.

This has been my go-to sleep aid for at least six months. It works so well for me that I usually only have to take 1/2 of one of the gummies. I’ll take a whole one if I know I’m going to need extra help falling and staying asleep. I quickly learned that I only needed two (the recommended dosage) if I was trying to incapacitate myself for an extended period of time. Being that I don’t prefer to be comatose ever, I never take two. They are pricey but they are worth it, and I’m able to stretch them out longer by taking less than recommended. Actually, I bought a new bottle last night and was contemplating trying another brand because of the price but stuck with Lemme after my husband mentioned that I’m paying for quality and effectiveness.
