BIO-K20 (Pet Urine Odour Remover) 500ml

Had a carpet that was stored in the garage for a year with a terrible dog urine stench . Had tried scrubbing it with carpet shampoo to no avail , both sides I may add . I gave up on it and rolled it up and stored it in the garage . I have been using Bio K20 on the carpet and at first the treatments were not doing much , still a strong smell of urine , then after treatment six the carpet was smelling fresher and continued the treatments until the smell receded to nothing . Considering the urine soaked carpet was in the garage for a year , this product has solved the problem and achieved the desired results . 10/10 for this Taylor McClure product 👍😊

I have used this product without realising that for it to work it has to have a bacteria killer into it! You clean the area ok but not with a simple detergent …the right detergent has to kill bacterias!! WHAT WORKED for me: I used “parvo virucide” product first then applied “odor kill’ ( optional: you can apply the product dilute in water USING the bissell cleaner carpet machine) then after it dry use the k20. But what is effective is a good bacteria killer (animal friendly like the parvo virucide product is) but NOT an odor remover!

I have a cat ( from a rescue) which is now fifteen years old. She’s unpredictable in her toilet habits and has peed everywhere in the house although an outside cat. I’ve ordered this product before. It gets rid of the smell completely. I had to order it again after we put our house on the market! This week I ordered it again and there was a mix up with delivery which was sorted out within a day by the company TMChemicals. Their customer service is excellent as are the people I spoke to on the phone. I highly recommend both this product and TMChemicals. It works.

We have a new puppy and it lifts stains out with no residual stain on a pale oatmeal carpet. No smell left behind either. Will buy again.

I have three Shih Tzu one has epilepsy, and sometimes pees in the house. six months ago I have a new oak kitchen fitted my little boy has peed in a couple of places I tried every thing I could find on the web then I found this I checked the reviews and was really excited to get it. but I ended up very disappointed all this did was make the marks worse darker and much more visual. nothing like the great stuff I had been led to believe in. I followed the instructions to the letter I also tried in on a wooded floor same thing it did not move the stain or the smell. would not recommend

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the product didn’t work for us. If anything it’s actually made the smell stronger. Tried all the troubleshooting tricks (made sure the area stayed wet and didn’t dry out before having the chance to work, used the highest recommended concentration, even tried it in our carpet cleaner so it really got worked into the carpet.) We’ve now pulled back the carpet, treated both sides, and replaced the underlay and plywood underneath. It still smells. Such a shame, because this one is so much more expensive than other brands, I was really hoping it would be more effective.
