This one is just flat back and has tape to affix to the tailgate. My 2008 Ram 2500 original emblem was smaller size, this emblem is much bigger and looks great. I'm so happy.

Looks good but quite a bit bigger than OEM
Quite a bit bigger than the OEM tailgate emblem on a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. Quality appears to be good, looks very good.
