These books are perfect for early readers! The stories are simple and engaging, making learning phonics fun. My son enjoys them, and they’ve helped boost his confidence in reading. Great for any child starting their reading journey.

Fantastic school reading scheme
I teach 1st graders at an International School in Finland. Because the children start school quite late, they are really ready to learn to read and write. Almost all my students learn the 7 groups of sounds in the first half term and easily blend for reading. I bought these because I use Jolly Phonics resources and it seemed to fit well. The children really like the fact that silent letters are in feint font and they enjoy practising the tricky words at the end. These books are very sensibly priced! They are excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation about buying more of them.

Good to have
Good to have in the house for children who are learning to read. And it's the characters they learn about in school so it's familiar to my child. I got these when my son was in primary one age 5 good to have to encourage kids to practice reading.

Excellent.
A brilliant set of books to give my 4 year old alot of practice at sounding out the words and to start to help him blend the sounds together. Good value for the number of books. Amazon took ages to get these despatched.

Great Jolly Phonics resource
The children in the class really love that they can read these stories! They love them! Plus I like they are both fact and fiction books!

Great series for learners.
I loved the way the books build vocabulary. They are easy to understand, but take into account grammatical features, how composed words are constructed and introduce a notion of variation and precision to the children.
