These MAXTRA+ cartridges are the official, go-to option for our BRITA jug, and there's no denying they do an excellent job. Living in a hard water area, the difference they make is immediately noticeable. They are fantastic at reducing limescale, which saves our kettle from needing constant descaling, and the taste of the water is significantly improved—much cleaner and fresher, making tea and coffee taste better too. The cartridges are easy to swap out, and the 6-pack provides a decent supply that should last for a good few months. The only reason for dropping a star is the price. They are quite expensive for what they are, and the ongoing cost of replacing them definitely adds up over the year. While the performance is great, it does feel a bit like a premium price. Overall, they are effective and do exactly what they claim to do. I'll continue to use them because the water quality is worth it, but I do wish they were a bit more economical.

We’ve been using Brita for years. Great product. They fit the old water filter jugs despite changing the design slightly which is great from the company as we don’t need to buy a new water jug :)

Y además sirven para tener uno en cada casa con cada jarra y no tener que andar con los bártulos para arriba y abajo con cada viaje. No me parecen caros, la verdad, en comparación con lo que antes me gastaba en agua semanalmente. Los recomiendo.

after i use some other brand (purchased at costco), Brita still is the best one in terms of quality. I can see from the kettle bottom differences between the old ones and the Brita ones.
