Good quality. Bought these for my moms hearing aids and they fit great. You just need to make sure it is right size. First bought medium and they kept sliding out of her ears causing them to get filled with some ear wax from them sliding out and putting back in, had to be continuously cleaning them. Then i ordered a large size and fit perfect no more sliding out.Update: after 3 weeks of using one of them ripped then a week later another one. My mom is now on her last pair 3 months after getting.
