This grill is a good size for us. We don't do a lot of BBQ but we have used it a few times now and it's a good grill. I like the adjustable plate for the charcoal.

I bought the Royal Gourmet CD1824M 24-Inch Charcoal Grill and overall I’m happy with it, especially for the price. This grill definitely gets the job done and is a solid option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly charcoal grill with good features. First off, be prepared to build this from the ground up. Assembly takes time and patience. I highly recommend having someone help you, because doing it alone can be frustrating. The instructions are decent but not perfect, and this seems to be a common complaint. Some users online also mention that assembly can be a “bit of a chore” and that the instructions aren’t always the clearest.  Once built, the grill actually performs well. It has a large cooking surface, adjustable charcoal pan, and good airflow control, which makes it easy to manage heat for different foods. The front charcoal access door is also very convenient so you don’t have to lift the lid and lose heat while cooking. Many people say these features are what make this grill stand out for the price.  The only real issue I had was the mechanism that adjusts the charcoal pan up and down. It doesn’t feel very stable and was difficult to use at first. That part could definitely be better designed and more solid. Some other users also mention loose parts like the ash tray or certain components needing adjustment during setup.  Overall, for the money, this grill offers great value. It may not be premium quality, but it has solid features and cooks food well. If you don’t mind a longer setup and a few minor quirks, it’s a great starter or backyard grill. Received the cooker, put it together in one hour. Easy read instructions, all parts fit perfectly. Good Product

Haven't assembled it yet. Am VERY put out at how many pieces this was delivered in. The grill on the whole is rather cheaply made. Especially the cooking grate and warming rack. Very disappointed with this produce but I am not going to go to the trouble of disassembling repacking and shipping it back. Royal Gourmet does not appear to be a very good brand. I certainly will never buy another Royal Gourmet product.

As expected this is not a Cadillac of grills. I have a big name flattop but really prefer a good sear when I'm cooking a steak. It is constructed well enough. Assembly was easy and quick. It has functioned well so far. It is light though and I would not recommend leaving outdoors should the winds get excessive like we get here in the Midwest. I would consider purchasing again in the future.

Sturdy and very easy to put together. Built to last a while.

The side of the grill was dented in. Fortunately I was able to bend it out enough to make it work. Also was missing an insert for one of the screws. I can tell from the thickness of the charcoal pan and grill that it won’t take long before I have to replace them. It works and looks good but because of the small gauge metal it won’t last long.

el ahumador es bueno, algo complejo de armar ten muy en cuenta eso, yo que eh armado varios articulos, me tarde un par de horas y con ayuda de alguien mas, los materiales estan bien por el precio que en mi caso fue de 3500 pesos, es de un tamaño ideal para 4 personas, en caso de mas personas este ahumador no sera una buena opcion por el espacio
