Excellent multivitamin with great quality too. Easy to swallow and just one per day which is easier for my body to digest. Good value for money.

Very happy with these vitamins

I have been using these for a couple of years and along with a decent diet they seem to be a good buy.

At just over 2cms in size, these capsules are too big for me to swallow, so I emailed the company who produces them, and they told me that you can prise the capsule apart, and add the powder to things like yoghurt, which is what I do. Have only just started taking them, so too early to know if they work. UPDATE: Five weeks on, and I definitely feel much better! Will continue taking these.

This is an update to a previous review for the naturelo multivitamin for women. Iron free. I have now been taking these for some months and am very pleased with the results. They never upset my stomach and I have definitely felt more energy and my skin has improved. Looks clearer. Good to know these are from natural source. Good product for price.

Very good

I have been searching for a vitamin with the right form of each nutrient from whole food sources that doesn't contain mega-doses of anything -- I finally found it! I am a holistic nutritionist, so I am familiar with "professional grade" supplements from brands with good reputations, yet, particularly for sensitive types, these products can be just "too much" and cause adverse reactions. I am one of those sensitive types, and this is the first multi I've tried that doesn't cause stomach issues, fatigue and/or other reactions -- I love it, and will be trying other products from Naturelo based on my experience with this one. The quality of supplements you put into your body really matters. You want nutrients the body recognizes as food, and you want them to be in forms that are readily usable. In my opinion, too, you don't want huge doses, which only bog the body down, especially the liver! Also, capsules are a much better choice than tablets in terms of ease of absorption -- and, remember, technically, you're not what you eat, you're what you digest and absorb! Naturelo delivers on all counts, and even working in the nutrition field and having searched for a long time, I've never come across anything similar. At the end of the day, the body knows. I feel good on these vitamins -- my skin looks better, my nails are growing faster, and I'm quite sure there are many invisible positive changes happening inside, too! Do your research on ideal forms of various vitamins and minerals, and you'll quickly see the top-notch ingredients in Naturelo vitamins/minerals. I'm sold, and I hope this company is in business for many years to come!

Good vitamin. It has given me energy I haven’t had for a long time. I was taking Deva multiple vitamin and was reading the fine print for the green foods that are in the vitamin and notice they include Ashwagandha root. If you have hypothyroidism you should not take ashwagandha. I, for a long time, did not noitce they had added this herb to the mix. I had not been feeling well for a long time and was reading all my vitamin labels one day and realized I had been taking the herb that I shouldn’t take. I immediately stopped taking it and ordered Naturelo because I liked their formula. After I had started taking it for awhileI I started getting my energy back and feeling myself again. Thank you Naturelo.
