I’m 240lb and 6ft would this plate carrier fit me ?

Hi it’s very tight on me at 15stone (210lb) although you can adjust it but not a great deal. Height wise it’s a bit small also could do with it being a bit longer I’m only 5’10”

Will the pouches on the vest fit M4/M16 mags ?

Yes it does. They fit quite nicely as well
