Just recently the heating pad was not turning on. I called the Pure Enrichment company for troubleshooting advice. After the company determined it was something not fixable they arranged for me to get a new heating pad. The heating pad came the next day. I also have several air purifiers from this company that I have had for quite a few years that run constantly that are of the highest quality. I really mean it when I say that their products and polite helpful customer service is impressive. I would just like to add that the Far Infrared heating pad has the most deep penetrating soothing warmth. A regular heating pad cannot compare with this type of technology. A regular heating pad just feels like surface heating and inferior compared to Far Infrared. Whatever pain or soreness you have, in my opinion this is a truly a therapeutic device. I urge you to read about the benefits of Far Infrared and you will find this type of heating pad is a great investment for your health.

This is a great heating pad. Turns off by itself after 2 hours. It's comfortable and sturdy. The variable heat levels are perfect for my needs. Medium is pretty warm, so I move it to low after about 15 minutes. I chose this one because it has the features I need and a U/L listing.

The large size covers my whole back. Seems to heat up right away and penetrates fairly deep into the muscles. Easy to use.

This heating pad surprised me in the best way. It feels premium right out of the box, and unlike others I’ve owned, it stays completely flat even after cooling down. No weird curling, no stiff edges—just a solid, well‑made pad that’s easy to position exactly where you need it. The infrared heat is fantastic. It’s deeper and more soothing than regular electric pads, and it stays consistent across the whole surface. My only frustration is the auto‑off feature. It shuts off pretty quickly, and there’s no option to extend the time. I understand the safety angle, but it would be great to have at least a couple of timer settings. If you can live with restarting it during longer sessions, the quality and heat performance make this a strong choice.

At first, maybe because I expected more from an infrared pad, I was undecided. After a week of use, I'm glad I gave this a try. The highest setting gets plenty warm, and the weight is soothing. The dark blue mink is soft, high quality, and a great change from the common 'therapy grey'. Additionally, the two hour automatic shut off is a great feature. (This shutoff isn't adjustable.) As a chronic pain sufferer, heating pads are essential. My last pad was also a regular Pure Enrichment xl, and that thing lasted 6+ years of constant use, so I'm hoping for the same longevity. The construction of the infared pad feels sturdy.

This is a great infrared heating pad. It is soft and flexible. The heat choices are enough so I don't over heat the rest of my body. I use the large pad to releave my lower bs k pain. The infrared heating pad loosens my over tight muscles in a nice slow And gental way. The large side of the pad covers the whole area that needs relief. And the area of my back that this infrared pad covers has two rods and 15 screws in it!

The heating pad is a good, solid weight. The cover is very soft and the heating pad itself is pliable and flexible, not stiff like my current pad. I like that it stays on for a couple of hours without automatically turning off, and even when I turn it to high, the temperature seems to moderate itself throughout the length of time that it's on. In other words: even when it's at its warmest, it doesn't stay at that temp. It comes down a bit then goes back up. It has really done my arthritic knee a world of good. Also, I didn't get the largest size, but the one I got is ample.

I like the size. It’s big enough to cover the whole back. The material feels stiff but I’m hoping it would change overtime It’s hard to tell which is the right size to place on the body for heat. Heat level is good, for me low or medium does the trick. Once it turns off cools fast not real heat retention The cord is long enough which is convenient
