Does the manula oil come in a sealed bottle?

no, it has a dropper in it so how can sealed??!!!

I received this oil, and it seems that there are some small powder like particles in it. Is that normal? Don’t want to use it before checking.

I’m afraid I don’t know . Mine is not like that it’s clear or as far as I can see it’s clear . As it’s in a brown bottle it’s hard to tell . I have had lots of products from The Ordinary though so it may be worth your while emailing them . In my own experience their things are excellent
