Very cool and unique and can be used for many different lifts

Honestly you wouldn’t think such a small piece of equipment would change how effective your workouts are and how deeply you activate your muscles, but it totally does

So far so good. I expected better quality straps for the price. It doesn't seem to be as sturdy as the handles that came with my Functional trainer, but time will tell. Additionally, when I wrap the handles though my pull-up bar, you're unable to spread the straps so that they insert into the slots located in the sides of each handle (Theres just not enough slack in the straps in this configuration). When the strap is inserted into the slotted sides of the handle when doing machine rows for example, it allows for a totally unobstructed grip. Otherwise, the middle finger must grip the handle through the narrow strap. I'm OK with this but it may be uncomfortable for some

These grip handles are surprisingly useful! Many workout tools are made to accommodate the average male hand -- which is larger than mine. At first, I thought these were a bit too much. However, I committed to taking the time to figure out how to use and incorporate these. I've found they helped me enhance several movements while reducing some pains I was having in my wrists, elbows, and forearms. Not all tools work for all people, but I highly recommend these!

So many ways to use these grips, but perfect for bent over barbell rows.

These are solid, well made and excellent for all sorts of applications (bands, bars, Landmine, etc..) Useful both curve out or curve in and thicker than I expected. Super good for training one arm pull ups. Use your imagination!

Excellent, I use them for inverted rows at the gym and they help ease my forearm pain.

Compré un producto medio parecido, pero su utilización no es tan sencilla (lleva tiempo montarlo y desmontarlo); en cambio, estas manijas de agarre para gimnasio (Angles90) se ponen y se quitan rápido y sin problemas. Las recomiendo; además, el precio no es tan caro, para un producto de este tipo ($774.00 MXN en Nov. 2024)

Excellent grips, satisfied. Using them for my pull ups to not injure my joints and they serve their purpose. Let’s hope they last many years, as promised.
