Power Health 250mg Silica, Biotin and Selenium Capsules - Pack of 30 Capsules

The first week i experienced 2 spots on my skin, then my skin got clear and it's looking more radiant. I have new hair growing on hair line. I have been using the product for about month and i don't take them everyday and all can say is' Great product for price!!'

Good but not many capsules.

I did not choose to consume this product after reading its listed content. To name speficly bamboo. Bamboo was a dicreetly used by indian rages to quietly eljminate unwanted nagging ageing wives, in preperation fo their much younger pretty and complyent replacement. By grinding up bamboo and adding it to their food, the tiney needle like fibers, pountured the gut and caused bleeding of the intestins. They would subsequently die. There fore i will pass on this supplement.

6 weeks in no difference

Bought these as I had read about the benefits. I've been taking them for about 4 weeks now. I can't say I've noticed anything different about myself but just hoping it's making a difference inside the body. I don't know whether taking 2 to increase to 1000mg would make any difference.

Silica, Biotin and Selenium, are truly awesome minerals,-I see/saw the results of using them [alongside my MSM product] almost a day after applying the MSM and the Silica/Biotin/Selenium!

I only used them for a month , and I noticed improvement on my skin and nails already.

I've not turned into a werewolf with extra long hair and nails, but I do think they are helping.
