Best way to take Turmeric
So easy to take, you can taste the high quality of the turmeric, whenever I feel like I’m going to be sick I’m taking it to prevent and it works like magic! I take it as is and sometimes in a tea, fits in my purse so in winter I take it with me everywhere even when traveling . Love the orange color and how clean it is- high quality !

Tastes great in coffee
I was afraid of the taste but I put a few drops in my black coffee and it makes the coffee less bitter. Not sure I have necessarily seen any health benefits from it but can’t live without it now in my coffee.
